Rajita Chaudhuri introduction

"A great leader is not just a great speaker but also a great listener."

Q. What ignited the spark in you to start the business? How did the idea for your business come about ?
A. During the time of my intense chase of passion, I found that we need to give ourselves enough exposure to find out what is that one thing which fuels us to move towards excellence. So I went in search of new rays of knowledge as I believe only knowledge has the power to lead us to many different paths unknown to us.

Interaction with enthusiastic leaders ignited this strong zeal in me to add more goodness to the lives of others and that thought lead me to where I am standing today. Keeping this very thought as my primary source of motivation I started searching for new ideas, I travelled around the world till I found something that struck me to the core and that was my aficionado; a preserver of bon vivant.

As a business strategist, I encourage my people to find opportunities in every challenge we face, in every step towards success and allow those opportunities to create something extraordinary.

Q. ‘Great leaders are also great speakers” Do you agree?
A. I firmly believe that an effective communicator can become a great leader. A leader expects from himself and is expected by the world to communicate and impart his knowledge while holding his team together. I have personally come across many talented and passionate minds that have brilliant thoughts and ideas to contribute their value to the innovative world but they are just one step behind becoming a “great leader” because apart from being a great speaker a great leader is also one who is a keen listener too.

They are more inclined towards absorbing everything from the events that are happening around them. They have managed to transformed their lives by indulging in active listening and grasping every possible information. Therefore, I do agree with this phrase, “Great leaders are also great listeners”.

My personality, as far as I have perceived, tells me to never be stagnant and move along with the changes that are required for a better world. And that has helped me to be closer with people and also to understand them better.

Q. What are the key elements to starting and running a successful business ?
A. Committing oneself to a business becomes an enthusiastic journey when there are honest and pure thoughts and ideas behind it. Today, we are living in an era where it doesn’t take decades to be successfully established in the market or to call oneself a successful entrepreneur. With all the right platforms available, along with some creativity and knowledge anybody can become successful. A business mind has to evolve and move ahead with time. It can never be stagnant. Even the greatest of thoughts have perished only due to lack of innovation and up gradation. I believe that to run a business exactly the way we want to, we need to look ahead of our times and foresee the challenges and opportunities as much as our capabilities can.

Q. Marketing is the most important aspect of a business. How do you market your business ?
A. I believe the most effective way to market the business is through “word of mouth”. So in that way, a good designing of a brand creates good conversations that allows people to get attracted to the brand and talk to more people about it thus generating more business.

While marketing the business, I consider it very important to maintain proper communication by having strong emotions and empathy for the people. It is important to think ahead and understand the needs of the customers before they understand it themselves.

Q. What motivates you ?
A. My passion for achieving my goals of everyday life is the best motivation that keeps me going on and never lose determination.

There is no soul that can live and grow in life without the support of others or without any form of kindness .Mankind is alive due to that very reason. We need to help and seek help from others. When we care about others, we proceed to make decisions that help them.

A desire to do something, that is good for the society is what motivates and inspires me.

Q. What is the best advice you ever got ? From whom?
A. My father, my mentor, firmly believed in the adage “never give in and never give up”. This has been the best advice that I have ever got from anyone. His confidence in life is my biggest tutor that helps me swim against the tide.
